Payment / Dispatch

Deliveries are made as soon as possible or as arranged with the customers. We reserve the right to deliver part shipments.

An item that is out of stock at the time of ordering will not be delivered again. Customers have to place an new order for these items. Delivery can be made, either by regular post or DPD. Postage and packaging costs will be added to the customer's bill appropriately.

Any damages incurred during transit are the responsibility of the haulage provider and any claims for lost or damaged goods must be made to them and are dealt with according to their terms and conditions.

Complaints about damaged items and all other complaints are only valid when they reach us in writing within 48 hours of your order being received. Defective items must be sent back to us by the customer when we request it; we will pay the return shipping cost. Returned items must be send back on the most economical way.

If customers return items without our consent, they pay for shipping and packing. Customers have to examine the delivered items for damage immediately; our warranty covers justifiable damage. In warranty cases we will either reimburse or replace the item in question.

Until payment is complete the items remain property of The New Ways B.V. For account customers, a payment will be considered late if it remains unpaid after 14 days of the invoice being issued. Any discounts become invalid immediately and are added to the bill and standard bank interest will be applied to the new total and added daily.

As most of the articles are hand crafted, there may be slight variations from the features described in the catalogue. All size and color specifications given are approximations.

Please note that we are unable to exchange or make refunds on items that have been used. The New Ways B.V. reserves the discretionary power to recognize or deny a complaint. At the issuing of a new price list, all previous lists become invalid. Prices are subject to change without notice. Misprints permitted. Our art work may only be reproduced - in whole or in part - with our written consent.
